At Fastizoo, we are committed to providing reliable, nationwide delivery to ensure your order reaches you quickly and securely. Please read our Shipping Policy below for all the necessary details.

1. Delivery Coverage

We offer shipping to all provinces within Vietnam. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of 30,000 VND applies to every order, regardless of order size or destination.

3. Shipping Providers

We partner with trusted delivery services to ensure timely and secure deliveries. Your order will be shipped using one of the following carriers:

  • Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN)

  • Viettel Post

  • Ninja Van

  • J&T Express

4. Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed via email or phone, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location within Vietnam.

  • Total time from order placement to delivery is typically between 4 to 7 business days.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors such as weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If your delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or other issues, we will make an additional attempt to deliver your package. You will be informed of the next delivery attempt. If we are unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your order may be returned, and you will be contacted to arrange a re-shipment or refund.

8. Tracking & Support

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

9. Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may not be possible.

10. Delivery Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside of Vietnam.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you with a claim or offer a resolution.
